Map pack & reviews
Where you rank in local results, and how your review count and recency compare to the businesses that outrank you.
Presence audits and repairs for local businesses
Be found. Be trusted. Convert. Tallybrook audits how well yours does all three — then shows you the repairs in order of recovered value, with every claim proved as it goes.
The house rule
Every number in our audits is collected live from a named public source. Nothing is estimated or invented.
Where we can't verify something, the audit says “unverified” — we don't fill in the blank.
The three jobs
A dentist, an HVAC company, and a law firm sell nothing alike — but their web presence earns money the same way. We score each job separately, because each one fails differently.
When someone nearby needs what you do, you have to show up — in the map pack, in search results, in the answer an AI assistant gives when they ask. That takes review mass, local SEO and schema, and directory coverage that all agree.
Where it leaks: ranking for your own name, invisible for the thing you actually sell.
Being seen isn't being chosen. People decide in seconds: how many reviews you have, how recent they are, whether your name and phone number match everywhere they appear, and whether your own site backs any of it up.
Where it leaks: reviews that stopped two years ago, and details that change from one listing to the next.
The visit has to become a booking, a call, or a form. That means a page that matches what the person searched for, a contact flow with no dead ends, and measurement that records what actually happened.
Where it leaks: ad clicks landing on a homepage, and no record of where the booking came from.
How it works
Everything up to the working session is built from public data — the same things your customers can see. No account access, no commitment.
We collect what's publicly true about your business — search results, listings, reviews, your own site — and build your audit page from it. Then we send it to you. It's yours to keep, no strings.
A short deck walks the findings in order of recovered value: what's leaking, roughly what each repair is worth, and what we'd fix first. Watch it whenever suits you.
If the audit earns it, we meet. We re-verify the findings with account access — analytics, listings, booking — and hand you the week-one fix list before the call ends.
What we check
Where you rank in local results, and how your review count and recency compare to the businesses that outrank you.
Whether your name, address, phone, and hours agree across every directory that lists you — and exactly where they don't.
What your pages tell search engines: structured data, titles, local landing pages, and the basics that decide whether you're understood.
Whether AI assistants recommend you when someone asks for what you do nearby — and what they say when they do.
How many steps sit between “found you” and “booked you,” and where the flow loses people along the way.
Whether anything records where a call, form, or booking actually came from — so spending decisions rest on record, not memory.
Straight talk
Every figure in an audit names its public source and the date we collected it. If a number can't be verified, it's marked unverified — never estimated to look complete.
No testimonials we didn't earn, no borrowed logos, no invented client list. We're new and we say so. The audit itself is the demonstration of the work.
It's built from public information about your business, so it belongs with you — whether or not we ever speak. Use it with us, with someone else, or on your own.
If we've written to you and you'd rather we didn't, reply “stop.” We never write again.
Send us your business name and where you are. We'll build your audit from public data and send you the page — free, yours to keep, every number sourced.
Or just write to hello@tallybrook.com — a plain email is all it takes.
